Scope of work:

• Un-package and inspect the unit to ensure there are no missing or damaged pieces.
• Basic replacement of an electric water heater that must be in the same location, same power source and the same type of unit as the existing unit that is being replaced.
• Supply and install miscellaneous fittings and pipe as needed to fit the existing pipe to the new heater within 1ft.
• Anti-scalding device is not included with this package; however, can be supplied and installed at an additional cost to the customer.
• Test to ensure proper operation of unit and review with customer.
• Final clean up of job site.
• All garbage will be broken down and left for the customer to dispose of.
